I offer Personal training as a one to one service or small group (in person only and max 4 persons) training either in our training studio in Stathe, in your home/ garden or online. I can bring a limited amount of equipment to you at home but for weight training programmes I would recommend coming to the Fitness Levels studio. All personal training includes a free consultation, programme planning, as well as one live online class per week, discount to local classes and access to Fitness Levels on demand.
