Natalie is a fabulous PT trainer!
She had heeps of patience in explaining the exercises when I started and her knowledge is immerse! Love the facts about each exercise and it’s beneficial effect on the body. Natalie makes me feel like I want to push myself as her encouragement is genuine and honest. I enjoy the sessions and have loved the intro to the weight work!
I have also been to her circuit class in the village on Thursday evenings and the pace was brilliant- just the right side of sweaty!!

I was diagnosed three months ago as pre diabetic during a routine blood test at our local GP surgery in Ilminster. In an effort to help reduce my blood glucose levels , I was encouraged to do more exercise and having initially approached the Huish leisure centre, was referred to Natalie as a personal trainer. Natalie is a highly experienced fitness coach who is a great listener and who very quickly understood what my objectives were – primarily to reduce weight and blood glucose level and generally improve my overall core fitness . She then created a special programme of work for me and I met with her at the Gym once a week for an hour long session. I am delighted to say that, following Natalie’s coaching, I have not only achieved my weight reduction objectives, but perhaps more importantly, also markedly reduced my blood glucose levels to the point where I am no longer at risk.
Natalie is a focused professional trainer who will push you hard, but is always watchful that you don’t overdo it!
She is an absolute star and I would recommend anyone who tends to lack the discipline to exercise regularly and to a planned regime, to get in touch with Natalie – it is a very small investment for a very positive return. Highly recommended
