You might not be able to leave the house but you can still keep fit!
I have designed a series of classes which run online, via Zoom, 7 days a week. Unlike other huge online free sessions, I try to provide a more personal class, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with me. When you log onto a class via Zoom make sure your video is on, I will then be able to see you on my screen, as if you’re right in front of me, so I can coach and support you through the class. But best of all you get that feeling of being apart of a group, like walking into a normal fitness class!
It may seem like a daunting concept, if it’s completely new to you but rest assured that it’s fairly straight forward to get started and I’m always there on the phone or email to answer any questions. All my classes are no longer than 50 minutes and we will always do a full warm up and cool down.
